Most of messages from CD-Changer are send to the radio.
At activating the IBUS, an IBUS-Message of type "Device status ready", with bit "after reset" set, is send to all devices. The IBUS is activated by opening the car.
To activate the CD-Changer-modus the radio sends an message to the changer and the changer have to respond with another "Device status ready"-message with bit "after reset" unset. The radio repeats this query every 10 seconds to be informed that the changer is already alive. If less than 2/3 of all querys were answered by the changer the CD-Changer-modus will be deactivated.
